He is survived by: his wife Benita Vera Juarez of Ambia; his children, Mabel Gutierrez (Jose Tirado) of Oxford, Linda Gutierrez (Ramon Delatorre) of West Lafayette and Ulises Gutierrez (Julia) of Ambia; and his grandchildren, Jaqueline, Jose, Adaneley, Aaleyah, Johnny, Ulises and Ramon. He is also survived by five brothers and a sister.
