He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Stephens and Lula Stephens (Phillips); and his siblings, Charles Stephens, Linda Carlson and Marcia Quinn.
He is survived by: his children, Rachel Overbaugh of Decatur, GA, Curtis Stephens (Destiney) of Otterbein, IN and Jason Stephens (Janessa) of Ambia, IN; and his grandchildren, Jayda, Haili, Laiden, Carlee, Fairyn, Preslie, Xaivier, Piper, Ethan and Phoebe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
