She is survived by: her son Frank E Elkins II (Bonnie) of Davenport, IA; and her grandchildren, Jill Graham (Brian), Elliott McKinnis (Lissa), Neil McKinnis (Dana), Tara Elkins and Lela Hamann (Eric).
