Starr (Pelfrey); his children, Samantha Eicher (Palmer) of Noblesville and Josh Starr (Ashley) of Moonsville5; his grandchildren, Cylie Eicher, Palmer Eicher Jr., Klayden Eicher, Elizabeth Starr and Ethan Starr; and his brother Theodore Starr (Melody) of Okeechobee.
