He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cooper and Esther Cooper (Burton); his wife Patricia Cooper (Clegg); his daughter Connie Crites; his son-in-law Jim Douglas; and his sisters, Pearl Brotherton and Garnet Shaner.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley Barger-Alexandria, Julie Dulworth-Red (Terry) and Mark Cooper-Alexandria; and his grandchildren, Greg Walker of Alexandria, Rachel Walker of Alexandria, Andrea Walker (Mike) of Alexandria, Lori Katz-Carmel of Alexandria, Lisa Richards-Zionsville (Don) of Alexandria, Josh Cooper (Jaimie) of Alexandria, Ben Cooper (Katie) of Alexandria and Bridget Gregory (Darren).
Social distancing and appropriate facial masking will be observed.
