He is survived by: his children, Calvin Howell (Becky), Angela Overman, Amy Hedgecraft (David), Wanda Collins and Jimme Collins (Toshi); and his siblings, Eleanor Wisehart (Jim), Carmen Sipes, Beverly Summers (Herman), Richard Howells John Howells, Mary Retherford (Neil) and Ivan Howells. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
