He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Beardsley and Helen Beardsley (Sitt); his former wife Virginia Beardsley; his children, Stephen Beardsley and Heather Beardsley; and his siblings, Edmund, Herman, Albert Beardsley, Catherine Staggs and Margaret Wunderlich.
He is survived by: his friend Don Nabb; his wife Vickie Beardsley (Miller); his son Brian Beardsley (Deborah) of St. Louis; his stepchildren, James "Jamie" Griffin of Anderson and Aimee Clark (Mike) of Connersville; his grandchildren, Meghann Beardsley and Amanda DiFrisco (Matthew); his stepgrandchildren, Lauren Johnston, Destiny Clark, Logan Griffin and Blayde Tocci; and his caregivers, Brandon Mroz of Anderson and David Staggs (Karen).
