He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Thomas and Ruth Thomas (Ellis); and his son Dion Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Susan Thomas (Scherer); his children, Deanna Michael-Elwood (Jason), Dawn Cole (Joe Thompson) and Damon Thomas-Round (Julia); his grandchildren, Bree Cole, Taylor Cole, Sarah Michael, Hannah Michael, Emily Michael, Christian Eric Thomas and Eli Thurston Thomas; his brother Mike Thomas-Alexandria (Connie); and his pets, Ceasar and Tommy. He is also survived by Nieces and nephews.
