She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Goddard and Shirley R. Goddard (Scott); and her brother William Goddard. She is survived by: her husband Terry A. Boldizsar; her children, Matthew Boldizsar (Ketura) and Lisa Page (Neil); and her grandchildren, Natana Brault (Aaron), Jocelyn Boldizsar, Madissen Boldizsar, Kassidy Boldizsar, Josiah Boldizsar, Emily Bentson (Cade), Bethany Milam, Silas Milam, Marcus Page and Simon Page.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial gifts be directed to the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church, 2604 Scatterfield Rd., Anderson, IN 46012, a place close to Terrie's heart.
