He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dowling and Hilma Dowling (Thomas); and his brother Todd Dowling. He is survived by: his brothers, Carl and Brian Dowling- Terrace of Washington. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
