He was predeceased by: his sister Staci Ginder. He is survived by: his parents, David Ginder and Pamela Ginder; his wife Nicole Ginder; his children, Evan, Ethan, Mazzi and Presli; his sister Kelli Whitehair (Rob); and his cousin Dustin Farley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
