He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy and Inez Smith, Sr. (Pumphrey). He is survived by: his wife Vivian Smith (Paschal); his children, Dawn Campbell (Mick) and Greg Smith (Pam); his sister Noretta Clarkson (George); his sister-in-law Corrine Rector; his grandchildren, Aaron, Daniel Smith and Modlene Campbell; his stepgrandchildren, Erin and Kyle Campbell; his aunt Midge Rittman; his uncle Jim Crull; and his niece Kathy Rousey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
