He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Silvey and Camilla Silvey (Foreman); and his sister JaNell Brown. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Silvey (Garretson); his daughter Shannon Talmage (Mark); his grandson Devan Talmage (Gayle Mason) of Alexandria; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Bir, Alisha Vetter, Zachary Reed, Memphis, Piper, Conrad, Addison, Ellie May, Hunter and Michelle Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and loving cousins.
