He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Turner; his daughter Annette Moran; his stepchildren, Rhonda Smith, Rodney Holloway and Robbie Holloway; and his brother Steve Turner. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
