He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwayne Ruby and Phyllis Ruby (Herring); and his siblings, Rick Ruby and Linda Sills. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Ruby (Mitchell) of Alexandria; his children, Heather Powell (Ruby) of Anderson and Spencer Ruby of Anderson; his sisters, Debbie Johnson (Allen) of San Ford, Florida and Dennette Bacan (Jerry) of San Ford, Florida; and his grandchildren, Natalie Powell and Hunter Powell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
