We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2024, at the age of 68, Roger D. Thomas (Alexandria, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Thomas and Thelma Thomas (Lankford); his son Jacob Lillard; his brother Ron Thomas; and his niece Morgan Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Thomas (Yeagy); his sons, John Thomas (Paisha) of Jonesboro and Jared Thomas (Paul) of ElwoodDaughter-Autumn; his stepsons, Mathew Petty (Kristen) of Alexandria, Mark Petty of Scottsville and Michael Petty of Alexandria; his siblings, Becky Thomas (Doug Brankle) of Marion, Lisa Adair (Michael) of Indianapolis, Earl Thomas (Kathy) of Elwood and Steve Thomas (Brandi); his in-laws, Bob and Geraldine Yeagy; and his brothers-in-law, Rex Yeagy and Ronnie Yeagy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Owens Funeral Home (412 N Harrison St, Alexandria, IN 46001). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
