He was predeceased by: his parents, James Spade and Janet Spade (Arnold); and his pet Lucky. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A Spade (Beth Gardner) of Alex; his siblings, Jama Spade (Nate), Steve Spade of Alex and Don Spade (Angel) of Fort Worth, Texas; his siblings-in-law, Melissa Mountcastle (Chad) of Juneau, Tina Gardner of Anderson and Robert Gardner (Leah) of Anderson; his nieces and nephews, Nathaniel, Dakota, Joel Spade, Eric, Kaitlyn, Lexi Mountcastle, Tiara Presser, Byron Gardner and Char Warner; and his close friends, Wendell, Vickie Zirkle, Scott Owens, Terry Adamson, Bobby Pierce and Dave Muey.
