He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Fletcher Sr. and Sarah Fletcher (Palman); his wife Julianne Fletcher (Cowen); his siblings, Morris Fletcher, John Fletcher, Marjorie Fosler and Nancy Fletcher; and his close friend Ada Cross.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Audrey and Adrienne Salazar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
