He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Lukens; his son Christopher Lukens; and his sister Virginia Cloverdale. He is survived by: his children, Beth Sparks and Shelley Gorman (Matthew); his grandchildren, Chris Lukens, Matthew Sparks, Nick Gorman, Amanda Sparks, Joe Gorman and Christian Gorman; his great grandchildren, Hannah Lukens and Jakob Miranda; and his son-in-law Michael Sparks (Shirley). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
