Puckett of Alexandria, Indiana, born in Jenkins, Kentucky, who passed away on May 10, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Puckett and Ruth Puckett (Bates). He is survived by: his wife Rita Puckett (Greer); his sons, Adam Puckett of Alexandria and Russell Puckett of Muncie; his grandchildren, Tiffany Puckett, Dillon Puckett (Kaley Savage) and Whitney Medley (Thom Lashure); his siblings, Phyllis Young, Karen Sweeney, Betty Puckett, Linda Askew, Frank Puckett, Charles Puckett and Jimmy Puckett; and his close friends, Steve Elbert of Matthews and Don Broyles of Yorktown. He is also survived by 9 Great-Grandchildren.
