He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Viberta; his wife Shirley Allen (Clabaugh); and his sisters, June Gruber and Valetta Etchison.
He is survived by: his son Joshua E. Clabaugh-Elwood (Lisa); his grandchildren, Cody Clabaugh of Elwood, Ashley Clabaugh of Elwood, Austin Clabaugh of Elwood and Jesse Clabaugh of Elwood; and his siblings, Christina Clary-Alexandria (Mike), Richard Allen Jr. (Kim) and Rev. Robert Allen-Anderson. He is also survived by son Several nieces and nephews.
Social Distancing and appropriate facial masking will be observed on Saturday at the funeral home and cemetery.
