He is survived by: his son Shane Van Horn (Rachel Boyle); his grandchildren, Berlynn Van Horn, Silas Van Horn and Rori Boyle; his siblings, Jean Fix-Alexandria (Uwe) and Roland Van Horn-Anderson; his uncle Phil Van Horn-Anderson; and his aunts, Marilyn Troth-Anderson and Shirley Bunnell. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
