He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Williams and Florence Williams (Stroud); his son Mike Hartley; his grandson Jason Smitley; and his siblings, Jack, Jim, Tom, Martha and Linda.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Williams (Chism); his children, Gary Hartley-Anderson, Cyndi Girdler (Mike) and Paula Stansberry-Cicero (Scott); his grandchildren, Wesley Stansberry, Keegan Stansberry, Sam Hartley (Michelle), Megan Weaver (Andy) and Abigail Stansberry; his great grandchildren, Ella Hartley, Peyton Hartley and Eloise Weaver; and his siblings, Louis Williams-Anderson and Nelda Fadely-Fayettville.
Out of respect for public and personal safety, facial masking, hand sanitation and social distancing are strongly recommended.
