She was predeceased by: her parents, James Faulkner and Marjen Faulkner (Wilkinson). She is survived by: her pet Prince; her husband David Simmons of Alexandria; her children, Wendy Weiss (David) and Matthew McDaniel; her siblings, Nicole Fortner and Trey Shaffer; and her grandchildren, Levi, Grant and Audrey Weiss.
