He is survived by: his son Richard G; his wife Karen M Scott (Cunningham); his daughters, Brenda McMahan (Monty) of Arlington and Amy Cox (Tom) of Goshen; his sisters, Donna Welborn of Anderson and Judy Lane of Alexandria; and his grandchildren, Sydney Cox, Faith Cox, Mateo Cox, Scott McMahan and Ricky Shackleford (Michael).
