He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Clark and Lois Clark (Flatford); and his sister-in-law Carol Clark. He is survived by: his son Jared Clark (Ann Bays); and his brothers, Frank Clark, Danial Clark (Shirley), Jeff Clark and Joe Clark. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
