She is survived by: her significant other Rob Crum; her children, Kristin Pratt (Paul), Alexis Crum, Jami Ward (Mitch), Casie Racquet (Terry), Richard Goodwin (Britney), Isaiah Crum, David Beason and Michael Cassie; and her siblings, Johnny Bentley, Mike Bentley, Willie Bentley, Jerry Bentley, James Bentley, Jason Bentley, Thomas Bentley, Carl Bentley, Pam Brown, Robin Collins and Cindy Coverdale.
