He is survived by: his wife Pam Hatter; his daughters, Marci Parnell (Charles) of Alexandria and Michelle Wallace of Arkansas; and his brothers, Phillip Hatter (Sharon) and Clifford Hatter. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
