He was predeceased by: his parents, James H and Bonnie Smith, Sr.; his wife Jackie; and his brother Tom Smith. He is survived by: his former wife Jacqueline M Smith (Beaulac); his children, Shawna Smith (Ross Planalp) of Alexandria and Todd M. Smith of Swayzee; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Smith of Pendleton.
Facial covering are no longer required, however, but are strongly suggested and social distancing will be observed.
