He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Cummings and Wista Cummings (Allen); and his great grandchildren, Sisters-Alice Harville-Alexandria (Joel), Dorothy Green-Perry (Bill), Cheri Felton-Sheridan Brother and Cummings-Elwood Several. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews Jim was preceded in death by his parents, his wife-Mary (Scantland) Cummings in 2010, son-Jimmy Cummings, Granddaughter-Raunda Cummings, sisters-Wilma Kelly, Bonnie Russell, Tyvonnia "Tiny" Hoover, Brothers-Richard Cummings, Everett Cummings, Russell Cummings and Arthur Cummings Nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Stepping Stones of Madison County or the Alzheimer's Foundation through the funeral home.
