He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James A. Rowland, and Ruby Rowland, Sr.; his children, Chad Rowland (Margaret), Jeremy Rowland (Teresa), James A. Rowland, III, Jamie Rowland-Coffman (Shane), Lora Holman and Lisa Walker (Kevin); and his brother Michael Rowland. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
