He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father James; his wife Essie "Janie" Vollenhals; his granddaughter Kristy Ann Vollenhals; his brother Bob Vollenhals of Arizona; and his children, Janet Vollenhals of Anderson, Jeffrey (Holly Vollenhals) of North Port, Florida and Jamey Vollenhals of Anderson. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
