He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Russ, Mary Paddock, Jim and Ollie Douglas; his uncle Jim Douglas; and his close friend Rex Yeagy.

He is survived by: his wife Christina Douglas (Kallay); his parents, Ray Douglas and Sue Douglas of Alexandria; his brother Lincoln Douglas (Teresa) of Summitville; his daughters, Erica Crusmire of Alexandria and Caitlin Humphrey of Indianapolis; his granddaughter Ellianna Martin; his sons, Andrew Matolcsy of Anderson and Anthony Matolcsy; his grandchildren, Maylee and Elena; his son Adam Matolcsy (Chelsey); his grandchild Dre Peel of Chesterfield; and his daughter Abigail Matolcsy of Kokomo.
