He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean "Jeanie" Pate (Spencer); his son Jerry Pate (Leah Jackson-Key); his grandson Logan Tyler Pate; his nieces, Rondie Farmer (Terry), Shelby Tole (Ben) and Stacie Gross (Tyler); his nephew Tim Spencer; his brother-in-law Wayne Spencer (Virginia); and also, Kenny Fox (Debbie), Ron Wheeler (Donna), Terry Clegg (Tiffany), Larry Hobbs (Sharon) and Valerie Pate.
