He is survived by: his wife Diana Durham; his daughters, Amy Durham and Kim Stephens (Mike); his grandchildren, Aden Stephens and Owen Stephens; his brothers, Jack Durham (Glenda), Jim Durham (Jean), Larry Durham (Gloria) and Jerry Durham (Roxanne); his siblings-in-law, Debbie Fannin and David Bertram; his father-in-law Gerald Smithson; his uncle Denver Durham (Deloris); and his aunt Doris Elliott. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
