Balser of Alexandria, Indiana, born in Tipton, Indiana, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Eletha "Susie" Balser; and his brother Leonard Balser. He is survived by: his wife Jewel Balser (York); and his sons, Jeff Riall-Alexandria and Mark Riall-Terre Haute.
