She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Barbara Sigler; her uncle Rob Thurman; and her grandmother Meridith Blazek. She is survived by: her parents, Martin Blazek of Alexandria and Staci Blazek (Sigler); and her brother Drew Blazek.
