He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Horn and Alice Horn (Dickey); his brothers, Jack Horn and Frank Horn; and his son Jeffrey Horn.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Horn; his children, Teresa Baker, Eric Horn (Robyn) and Andrea Dare Horn of Wesley Chapel, FL; and his sister Sharon Walker. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren 4 Great-Grandchildren.
Current Indiana mandates requires social distancing and appropriate facial masking and will be observed.
