He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Earl and Gladys Lucille Manring (Hensley); his stepmother Edna M. Fink (Hofherr); his siblings, Roland Earl Manring, Nancy Ellen Johnson and Brona Louise Williams; and the mothers of children, Mary Louise Manring (Reynolds) and Phyllis Belange Manring (Cotner).
He is survived by: his children, Donald E. Manring Jr. (Betty), Barbara Ann Vaccaro (Joe) and Phyllis Jean Pike (Doug); and his grandchildren, Amanda Faulk (Shane), Tim Waters (Nikki), Melissa Vaccaro, Jennifer Kruse, Christie Thieman (Chris) and Kimberly Winn (Jeremy).
Memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
