He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Combs and Delilah Combs (Fugate); his daughter Tina Combs; and his siblings, Paralee Welch, Grace Moore, Lily Gabbard, Evie Richardson, Hannah Smith, Haley Orr, Alpha Combs, Ollie Boaz, Essie Sides, Martin, Amos, Thomas, Richard and Harrison Combs.
He is survived by: his uncle Don; his sons, Danny and Tony Combs; and his sisters, Eddath Dobson (Elmer) and Edith Fitch. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and dozens of nieces and nephews.
