He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul, Elizabeth Lewis, Ferrol and Ruthie Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Cassandra Johnson Maynard (Lewis) of Alexandria and John "Potsie" Johnson of Alexandria; his significant other Jamie Landis of Alexandria; his children, Haley Michelle Johnson of Muncie and Cole Scott Johnson of Alexandria; and his siblings, Wendy Lamberjack (Frank) of Alexandria, Chet Maynard of Bloomington, Guy Maynard of Indianapolis, Joshua and Cayla Morgan. He is also survived by his four-legged friend, Buddy, and many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, and friends.
