He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Norman Tubbs and Nancy Tubbs; and his stepfather John Rowland-Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Rowland-Fisher; his daughters, Jessie Foster-Frankton (Joe), Andie Rowland-Fisher MD and Lizzie Rowland-Fisher-Pendleton; and his granddaughters, Frances Foster of Frankton and Esther Foster of Frankton.
