She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Pattison and Anna Pattison (Garvey); and her husband John Riley Smith. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Jacobs-Anderson (William), Robert Smith and David Smith-Anderson (Connie). She is also survived by Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Current State of Indiana mandates will require social distancing and appropriate facial masks at both the funeral home and the cemetery.
