She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Coulter and Lester Coulter; her husband Lee Cunningham; her daughter Lisa; her daughter-in-law SueAnn Cunningham; and her brother Ronald Coulter.

She is survived by: her children, Doug Cunningham (JoAnn), David Cunningham (Erika), Dennis Cunningham (Bev), Melissa Hodson and Melinda Carver (Jeremy); her grandchildren, David Cunningham (Stephanie), Derrick Cunningham (Audrey), Matt Cunningham, Eric Cunningham (Addie), Mark Cunningham (Christine), Brad Cunningham (Heather), Kurt Cunningham (Kylie), Scott Cunningham, Jennifer Hodge (Mikkal), Jessica Hodson, Matthew Carver (Porsche) and Madison Carver; and her siblings, Richard Coulter, Joyce Dauenhauer and Jeannine Jones.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association, 8604 Allisonville Rd., Suite 140, Indianapolis, IN 46250.

“In loving memory of Carolyn Cunningham, With deepest sympathies. I would like to express my deepest sympathies and prayers and thoughts to Carolyns family. I was a faithful bed and breakfast guest twice a year at her home and grew to love Carolyn and really got to know her well.She always made me feel welcome in my stay there and I will miss her so very much. I was one of the few that she let stay in her home after she retired from the business. May God bless her soul. Thoughts and prayers.”
