He is survived by: his wife Beverly Whiteman (Bell); his children, Bill Whiteman (Deborah Dalton), Patty Steblek-Anderson (Brandon), Todd Stout and Philip Stout (Cathy); his grandchildren, Kaley Walters, Jerrika Chapman, Shawn Chapman, Cody Steblek, Shelby Steblek, Billy Roy Whiteman, Jordan Whiteman, Penny K. Lee, Charlie Lee, Sara Winn, Gavin Winn, Dylan Stone, Cole Stone and Elias Stout; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Lilly, Shane, Paisley, Mekhi, Jayde, Orion and Kaden; and his siblings, Nancy Pryor-Indianapolis (Luther) and Tim Whiteman-Alexandria (Jacki).
