She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl W. and Mary F. Nelson (Alexander); and her close friend Charlie Townsend. She is survived by: her children, Keith Ashby, Kristie Brackett (Randy), Kathy Johnson (Paul), Cicero, Kimberly Goodman (Robert), Alexandria and Karen Roberts (DeWayne). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Owens Funeral Home (412 N Harrison St, Alexandria, IN 46001). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:45 PM and at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Bethany Christian Church with envelopes available at the funeral home.
