She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Cook-Anderson (Jon); her grandsons, Josh Cook-Lafayette and Justin Cook-Anderson (Brittney Shoemaker); her great grandchild Hunter Lee Cook-Anderson; her close friend Bob Fletcher; her nieces, Cynthia Borchers, Denise Conn, Victoria Symmons, Sandra Backstrom and Kathryn Clontz; and also, Drew and Alex Shoemaker.

Stage 3 Pandemic requirements and social distancing will be observed including a maximum of 100 person in the funeral home at any given time.
