He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Clouse and Elizabeth Clouse (Williamson); and his sister-in-law Connie Clouse. He is survived by: his wife Debra Jo Clouse; his daughters, Michele Mundy (David) of Norfolk, VA, Elizabeth Vandegrift (Todd) of Holladay, UT, Tricia Marshall (Matt) of Fort Wayne and Andrea Bockelman (Kevin) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Grace, Meg Alison, Eleanor, Hannah, Abigail, Claire, Henry, Trevor, Wyatt, Charlotte and Clark; and his siblings, Tony Clouse of Goshen, Tom Clouse (Sharon) of Albion and Karen Holdeman (Stan) of Ft. Wayne.
Those attending the visitation or funeral are required to wear masks covering the nose and mouth, and observe social distancing.
