Vernon R Mullins Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vernon R Mullins of Albion, Indiana, who passed away on January 7, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Mullins and Elsie Mullins (Meade); his former wife Lucy "Faye" Bentley; his brothers, Darrell Mullins and Farris Lee Keisling; and his stepson Chris Jones.

He is survived by: his wife Mazel Mullins of Albion; his daughters, Sherry Mullins of Fort Wayne, Susan Moore (Kevin) of Albion and Shelly Geiger (Lloyd) of Fort Wayne; his stepdaughters, Debbie Frye (Dee) of LaFayette, Georgia and Teresa Heffner (Tony) of Kimmel; his grandchildren, Dane Leitch (Sarah), Heather Zoller (Blake), Nathan Geiger, Hannah Geiger, Dylan Baxter (Alice), Natalie and Lucy Moore; his stepgrandchildren, Debbie Lee Fry (Christy), Destiny Wallen (Chad), Christopher Jones and Tanner Heffner (Marriana); his great grandchildren, Jaxen, Amelia, Ian, Emeline, Lola, Aubrey, Maiz, Josie, Desiree, Grace, Ellie Mae and Azelie; his siblings, Clineon Mullins of Morehead and Dorris Bering of Albion; and his sister-in-law Peggy Uptgraft (Russell) of Albion. He is also survived by his grandsons, brothers and childhood friends.
