He is survived by: his wife Kelly Forker; his children, Kenna Pulver (Austin), Kole Forker, Katie Forker and Kane Forker; his parents, Guy Forker and Linda Parker (Randy); his siblings, Nicole Noe (Joey) and Dustin Parker (Brittany); his grandmother Julia Parker; his parents-in-law, Kay Busche (Jack Nelson) and Steve Marshall; his brother-in-law Steven Marshall; his nieces and nephews, Brooke Kirkpatrick (Cody), Brock Noe, Blaze Marshall, Jett Marshall, Isabelle Marshall, Penelope Parker and Pippa Parker; his great-nieces, Khloe and Klaire Kirkpatrick; and his granddaughter Baby Pulver.
